Hey guys! So today I’m sharing some places you guys HAVE to visit when you come to Orlando. This isn’t a list of my absolute favorite places but a few places here in Orlando that I think have a great atmosphere and of course great food (and drinks!) Let’s jump right into it!
Let’s start with Blu on the Avenue because brunch might just be my favorite meal of the day (or at least the week) Blue on the Avenue is located in the heart of Winter Park right on Park Ave. Surrounded by shops, restaurants and people with little furry friends this place has a killer atmosphere and great food! If you come on a weekend and more specifically a Sunday be prepared to wait but I promised the Corn Grits, with Sunnyside Up Eggs and Beef Goulash (pictured above) are so worth it!
Everyone who know me knows I love a good drink! The Dapper Duck is filled with the young crowd that I love! Not younger than me of course but a fun crowd. With a very bar feel and bar food, Dapper Duck is the perfect place to stop in for lunch, dinner, or when you need to sober up from a night of drinking; it is right on Orange Ave in the mix with all the nightlife Downtown Orlando has to offer. I’ve never been to Canada but this place makes a damn good poutine and I don’t think i’d want to try it anywhere else!
Pig Floyd’s, Guys seriously this place is to die for! I’m never craving BBQ but this is BBQ on steroids – because it’s BBQ with a twist! Pig Floyds is in the Mills 50 District and is surrounded by street art and hipsters and Jeff and I absolutely love it! From tacos, to sandwiches and everything in between, Pig Floyd’s is the perfect place to grab a beer, sit on the patio and enjoy some food!
