Gold Dots and a Black Croc Bag

One thing that’s been a tradition in my family around the holidays (and no I’m not talking about that one gift we open Christmas Eve) is my parent’s annual Christmas Eve Party! It’s an opportunity for our family and friends to come together, enjoy good food and spirits and just have a great time.  And for me it’s an opportunity to put together a fun outfit!

This year much like in the past I opted for not only a dress but a black one although this year I was a bit more festive!  This black short sleeve wrap dress with the gold dotted detail (similar here) was purchased from for Forever 21 and was definitely easy on the wallet! The dress was classy enough for a family holiday function but fun with the all over dotted detail.  I paired the look with my favorite Steve Madden Edit Suede Ankle Boots and this killer Star detailed denim jacket that I purchased from Armoire Boutique on Magazine Street in New Orleans a few weeks back!  Of course I had my newest handbag edition the Henri Bendel Carlyle Satchel in the Black Croc on my arm – now this bag is still available however the black croc is not.
