This past weekendI took a trip to Ft. Lauderdale FL with my boyfriend for our 1 year anniversary. The trip was simply amazing! We stayed at the W on the beach, ate tons of food and certainly explored. I didn’t get all the pictures I would’ve liked but truthfully it was our anniversary trip; we were living life in real time. To see some of my experiences keep scrolling!
Jeff and I arrived at the hotel and honestly this photo does it NO justice! Right across the street was the pool and the view (pictured below) was just amazing from our room.
Upon arriving Jeff snapped some outfit shots for me and then we began to explore! We stumbled upon The Drunken Taco- service was a bit slow but the place was beyond packed that’s understandable!
The Tacos were amazing and so were the drinks! After our afternoon lunch Jeff andI just hang out and watched a little TV until dinner. We walked along the beach until we stumbled upon h2o Cafe where I had a Mango Salmon and Jeff had Spinach, Tomato and Cheese stuffed chicken. (Didn’t get photos of the food)
After dinner there was a huge art party going on in the hotel Living Room for artist Jorge-Miguel Rodriguez. This local artists was painting live and had art all over the hotel.
Of course the next morning was all about brunch at Steak954 and the beach! I had a Feta Arugula Tomato Bacon Omelette with potatoes and Jeff had the best French Toast I’ve ever had in my life!
Fatst forward to a new outfit, a little of walking up and down Fort Lauderdale Blvd and then lunch at Casablanca Cafe
We decided to just hangout around the hotel for the remainder of the night;grab some hooters and watch movies. The next day was filled with lounging then it was time to say goodbye.
