Growing up Easter was always a big holiday, there were huge dinners, dresses with bows, frilly socks and pastel colors. Now at 24 years old not much has changed. I guarantee this year there will still be a big family dinner, pastel colors and although frilly socks won’t be making an appearance, I’m positive lace and maybe even a bow will.
As a child I always loved Easter, not for the egg hunts and candy like other children ( although I did love the baskets my mother and father put together ) but I truly loved Easter for the fashion! Growing up I always liked being dressed up and my parents always had my brother and I dressed up for Easter! Now at 24 years old and with Easter coming up I decided to put 4 looks together! Some very reminiscent of my childhood looks and some still a little sexy! There’s looks for your morning at Church and looks for your morning at Brunch!
The first look I put together is a look I’d wear for an Easter Brunch here in Orlando. The weather will without a doubt be warm and sunny, the mimosas will be flowing and some shoulder is always sexy! The pale pink is the perfect pastel for an Easter day and the Kurt Geiger Mules are such a fun addition to add some flair and mixture of pastel colors!
The second look I decided to put together was inspired by one of my favorite blogger/vloggers Lydia E Millen. I’ve seen her in a dress very similar to this if not the same. I love the lighter base with the colorful flowers all over! Paired with a very light strappy Rebecca Minkoff Sandal and the very popular Chloe Drew Bag this look is perfect for a morning at Church before dinner with the family!
Now every girl loves a romper! One of my go to Easter Brunch looks is this periwinkle romper with the gorgeous scallop detail, paired with a pastel pink blazer and flower detailed Fendi sandals I can definitely imagine this look on the patio of one of Orlando’s best restaurants at the Bloody Mary Bar .
