Designer Handbag Collection; My Top 5 Handbags

 

Hey Ladies!  If you all are anything like me then your week nights are filled with glasses of wine and What’s in my Bag YouTube videos, amongst many other things but really though, I have a handbag addiction and I am well aware!

I thought it would be fun to come to you ladies with a post about my top 5 handbags in my Designer Handbag Collection, what I love about each bag and designer and also what I regret (if anything) about the purchase!  One thing you’ll learn about me is I have a serious Henri Bendel addiction and my collection has definitely gotten smaller as I do tend to sell pieces I find myself no longer gravitating towards!  if you’re interested in my top 5  designer handbags in no particular order then let’s get started!

1 Louis Vuitton Speedy 35 in the Monogram Print

The Louis Vuitton Speedy is a Classic bag and comes in many sizes.  I opted for the Monogram in the size 35 which is the largest size before you begin to enter the Luggage collection. This bag although one big hole is really convenient for me on my busier days.  When I want to carry my Agenda and notebook with me I tend to carry this bag because it fits a ton!  I typically will also carry a make up bag, my feminine products bag, sunnies, my Louis Vuitton Key holder and a wallet.  One great thing about this bag is because it is the canvas material the bag on it’s own is not to heavy. One thing I would say about this bag is if I went back and repurchased I probably would purchase the Speedy Bandouliere in the 25 size.  Although it is smaller it’s the perfect size for a crossbody bag and the straps make it much more easy for a hands free day.

2 Henri Bendel West 57th Turnlock Satchel

This bag was a 24th birthday present and I absolutely love it.  Having not only a detachable crossbody strap but a top handle as well is really convenient for a versatile look. The Henri Bendel Turnlock satchel is a fun one for trips and says out exploring because although the Saffiano Leather is a bit heavy the bag is spacious and the turn locks make it super easy to fasten and very hard for anyone to try and get into! Being 5’8″ the bag falls at the perfect spot on my waist with the strap extended to it’s longest. This bag comes in two sizes, the one shown above (small) and a mini which I believe would have been to small for me personally.

3 Coach Swagger 21

This is a bag I had my eye on for awhile! It’s the perfect mini bag and comes in such a variety of colors.  This much like the Turnlock Satchel is a crossbody bag and has a top handle to be work 2 different ways.  The bag is small enough to be perfect for days when you don’t need to carry much; a wallet and some sunnies, your phone and a lippie and you’re on your way out the door.  I tend to carry this purse on days I know I’ll be vlogging for YouTube as it fits my Sony a5000 perfectly!

4 Henri Bendel Schoolbag

I wish I had a photo of this bad on me but I unfortunately haven’t shot with this one just yet! This bag was my Christmas Gift from Jeff and was such a surprise.  We saw it in the Henri Bendel store and I was obsessed!  This bag sold out the day after Kylie Jenner was photographed with it but really is such a great bag! Again another cross body bag with a top handle but this bag has a totally different look!  The inside of the bag is split into two compartments which makes for such an organized bag!

5 Henri Bendel Straw Woven Rivington Tote Mini

Lastly,My Rivington Tote Mini! Tom me this is the perfect Spring/Summer bag.  The color is red in some light and orange in others and the woven straw detail is fun!  This bag like almost all the others is a cross body with a top handle.  The pocket on the front can be removed and used as a clutch which is great; it’s essentially 2 bags in 1! This is the mini however the bag does come in a much  larger tote size.  I love this size because lately I’ve been so much more into carrying crossbody bags however I do see myself getting the larger size!
