Who does’t love a statement neckline right? and when paired with a chic tweed blazer you literally can’t do wrong! I feel like my top half may say sophisticated French woman but my bottom half definitely says I’ll hop on the back of your moped and explore the city!
I’ve always been such a fan of looks that pull together both girl and tomboy chic and I feel that’s exactly what this look does! This blouse was purchased back in 2018 and I love everything about the ruffled neck line! I decided to pair it with a frayed hem denim skirt from Target, my tweed blazer from Banana Republic and of course my most favorite new shoes- these Dolce Vita Combat boots! I tied the look together with my YSL Lou Lou Toy bag and some gold hoops!
