My Fall Fashion Wishlist

Everyone who knows me knows Fall is definitely my favorite season! Having grown up in the beautiful Catskill Mountains of New York and traveling into the city just about every weekend Fall is my favorite for many reasons.  The crisp wind, the smell in the air, the ever changing leaves in the trees and of course the fashion! Growing up, my mother was always dressed to the nines, especially in Fall.  The coats, the boots, the color palette, everything was simple yet perfect!  This post is dedicated to my Fall Fashion Wishlist, all the pieces I must have this season for Fall and for my transition into Winter.  Keep in my mind now that I’m living in Florida My Jackets have become lighter and my boots paired with jeans have become boots paired with dresses!

Thigh High Velvet Boots 

 

These boots scream Fall in so many ways! From the velvet to the color and the obvious being they’re boots, I need these!  Available at mytheresa I would pair these  with a very free flowing long sleeved floral dress and the perfect Burberry Deconstructed trench coat!  These boots could even be worn with a denim cutoff, the perfect rocker band tee and a leather thrown over your shoulders!

A Fur Trimmed Parka

Whether the faux fur is turquoise blue, merlot red or burnt orange, the fur trimmed Parka is definitely on my list! I mean who’d doesn’t love this? Pair it with Jeans, a bootie and throw on a sweater for the perfect street style look! Now in Florida I wouldn’t get much wear out of this but I do have a DC trip coming up soon!

Embroidered Booties

If this doesn’t scream Fall I don’t know what does! I know this isn’t exactly the bootie for everyone but it is certainly the bootie for me! The bootie s a major staple in everyone’s Fall wardrobe and why not jam it up a bit with a little embroidery?  This boot would be so eye catching with a black mini skirt buttoned up the front and a long sleeve turtle neck black crop top! If skirts aren’t your think pair them with a denim skinny, and a black ruffled blouse!

The Perfect Suede Moto

Everyone already owns the perfect leather moto jacket but we can’t forget about suede! Suede is definitely big for Fall and I am obsessed with this jacket by BlankNYC.  The olive green color, the suede material and the style is perfect! Pair it with a loose fitting black T shirt dress, some textured tights and of course a pair of the over the knee suede boots for the perfect look!

You’re probably thinking to yourself you skipped out on tons of pieces but that’s because those trendy Fall pieces like the oversized cable knight sweaters and the collection of wool his are already in my closet!  What pieces do you guys absolutely need for Fall?  Let me know in the comments!
