Whether you’re having an early night or you know it’s going to be a late one I’m sure you ladies want to look your best on Valentine’s day.  Say bye to the cliche’ bright pinks and reds, who really wants to look like every other girl in a skin tight mini dress? This year it’s all about being different, comfortable and sexy.

Spending the night with girlfriends at your favorite bar or restaurant? heading to the Blue Martini or having a Sex and the City style sushi night with your group of girlfriend soul mates? The look to the left is for you! Keep it cute and casual in dark denim skinnies,  a cream colored loose fitted top, a blush blazer and some edgy clear and gold pumps! Finish the look off with a pink/nude lip, a small clutch and a statement necklace and you’re ready to go! Going out with your girlfriends but I guarantee you’ll end up going home with quite a few numbers.

Now this look to the right, this is for my ladies going out to dinner with that special one of theirs.  Keeping it sexy and sensual; there’s nothing slutty about this look although there is definitely a bit of skin showing.  I decided to shy away from reds and pinks and even blacks which is why I opted for a brown/green fitted knee length skirt.  I find something about a knee length pencil skirt to be extremely sexy especially when it hugs you in all the right places.  Paired with the skirt is blush colored crop top, this top is what brings the sexy to this look, showing all arm, a little cleavage and minimal belly (depending on how high or low you place the skirt) this top is perfect for the look.  Add a gold bag with a statement bold shoe, a nude lip, a simple necklace and your favorite gold watch and you’re ready to take the town with your significant other!
