I know its been in the negatives pretty much all over the country (my brother and his wife live in Milwaukee and with the wind chill it was -60 degrees) I could never! SO after a week of the weather app saying it would be rainy ALL DAY Saturday I was beyond happy to see that it was notably not rainy but the sun was shining and it was fairly warm out!
I bought this star denim jacket in November 2017 when Jeff and I went to New Orleans for a long weekend from a little boutique on Magazine St. Armoire Boutique and I live for any moment I get to wear it! I feel it’s the perfect piece to jazz up any outfit and it went perfectly with this denim and white tank look!
Wishing warmer weather to all my guys and gals out there freezing right now!
Happy Tuesday! Can you believe Thanksgiving is in just 2 days? I feel like it was just New Years and here we are about to carve a Turkey! My minds blown at how fast this year has gone by.
Anywhoo, last week I posted this look on Instagram and so many of you loved it so I thought I’d share the details! This sweater dress is the most comfortable dress I own and is currently 50% on sale at Banana Republic Factory (linked here). I ordered in a size Small and think I could’ve even gone a size down and gotten the Extra Small. I belted it at the waist with a brown leather Michael Kors belt ( I have worn it unbelted and it still look super chic), paired with my Oxblood Suede Over the Knee Boots (similar here) I thought the look was super chic and perfect for the 50 degree weather we’re currently experiencing here in Orlando!
The beauty of denim is its versatility right? I mean, I can wear these H&M girlfriend jeans with this pretty sheer pink tank and my Banana Republic sling backs or with knee high boots and an oversized sweater. The combinations of outfits possible with a simply pair of jeans is never ending.
Much like my look above, the beauty of a sheer tank and denim is the simplicity you find in it. Don’t want to wear a sky high heel, try a lower block kitten heel like mine, or even grab a pair of flats or sneakers. This is a look that you can rock to brunch in Sunday, class on Tuesday, or even out with the girls Friday night – it’s always the shoes and jewelry that switch the look up!
Every Twenty Something Girl should have a great pair of distressed denim in her closet with a white, nude or black tank!

Hey Guys! So last week when I posted this look on my Instagram I got tons of questions about it! Can you believe this skirt is from 5 years before I was even born? A friend’s mom had it and it was thrown in storage, so while cleaning my friend grabbed it for me! How fun is that, a 30 year old turquoise, leather pencil skirt! Similar here So perfect for Summer and I had the perfect look to pair it with. This white ruffle sleeve blouse is from Forever21 and I snagged it on the tail end of last year. I thought the white and turquoise went perfect together. This skirt can be worn with a blouse like this or even dressed down with a fun rocker tee. The gold knotted mules are by DV Style and were purchased from Target just a few weeks ago! I’ll definitely be going back for more colors because I’ve determined the Mule is the perfect day time heel! And the perfect accessory, these Bauble Bar Geometric Statement earrings!
