I’ve found that lately (especially since quarantine started last year) there’s been a large emphasis on self care, mentally physically and spiritually doing things for yourself that will inevitably make you feel better! I was sitting on my patio the other night drinking a glass of wine and thinking to myself outside of my normal “self-care” activities what are some things that I can do to indulge in self-care and I just had to share the list with you!
