11 Small Acts of Self Care

I’ve found that lately (especially since quarantine started last year) there’s been a large emphasis on self care, mentally physically and spiritually doing things for yourself that will inevitably make you feel better! I was sitting on my patio the other night drinking a glass of wine and thinking to myself outside of my normal “self-care” activities what are some things that I can do to indulge in self-care and I just had to share the list with you! So if you’re looking for some new ways to care for yourself than keep reading!

Schedule time for a Manicure and Pedicure

Take yourself out on a date

Write down your goals for the current year

Clean your home


Grab some snacks and watch your favorite movie

Clean your makeup brushes

Take a bubble bath

Go for a walk or a jog

Reorganize your closet

Read a book
