Black and Edgy

Sometimes it take something so simple to take an outfit from chic to edgy, whether you’re jazzing a look up with jewelry or doing what I did and tying denim or flannel around your waist, you can completely change the look of an outfit ins seconds.

Many of you may know when it comes to my closet I like to mix and match pieces, I don’t mind taking risks and I love to step out and see what works and what doesn’t.  Every piece in my closet I have in black in addition to whatever other color I have and this day I opted for a black pencil skirt with a racerback tank, paired with a denim shirt tied around my waist, black and gold pumps, a leather moto jacket for the Orlando breeze and my vintage Gucci clutch, I was pretty pleased with the outcome, whether I’m headed to lunch with girlfriends or an early dinner date I think this look is easily transitioned and if you find yourself heading to a place a little more put together all you have to do is remove the denim shirt form around your waist and you’re instantly left with a completely different look!
